Fruit Kabobs

Fruit kabobs

Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 12 blueberries
  • 4 skewers

Directions

  1. Use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter or knife to turn strawberries into hearts.
  2. Assemble skewers by adding alternating rows of strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Put assembled kabobs on plate and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Chocolate-covered pretzels

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages of pretzels
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and cream in double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Dip pretzels one at a time quickly to coat while mixture is still very warm. Place pretzels on wax paper to set and cool.
  3. Once cool, eat and enjoy!
