Easy Cozy Southwest Chicken Chili

Chicken chili


  • 2 cups of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of black beans (drained of juice)
  • 1 can of corn (drained of juice)
  • 1 can of mild diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 packet of chili powder
  • 1 cup of chicken broth


  1. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker or in a pot on the stove and cook on medium heat until cream cheese is me melted.
  2. Stir continuously.
  3. Serve with cornbread or corn chips.
